Marathon Construction

We hired this company to repair four roof areas; they did okay with two but the two others still leak. The owner came out and said he would have the two areas redone - one the way he was supposed to when we paid him but he did a band-aid job instead. He also asked for a $500 loan and said he would come out the following Monday and return our money; he didn't show up for either and only said he was in the hospital when we begged him to respond. We have never heard from him since even though his relatives work for him and could have done the work. He is not responding to texts, either. BTW, he's on the high end of what companies charge, we learned after we paid him. We had hired him because he was more specific about what he would do than the salesmen the other contractors and roofers sent
