I called on a Monday morning when my heat pump stopped working. Annabelle was super friendly on the phone and said she’d do what she could to have someone come by that day, but it may not be until the next day, which I was fine with. She said she would call me back later that morning. True to her word, she called me back an hour later and said the technician was on his way! Jay the technician was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He didn’t have the part he needed on his truck, but picked up the part he needed and immediately came back and fixed my heat pump. This is the first time I’ve ever used Marathon to service my HVAC unit but it won’t be my last. Overall just a great experience. I couldn’t recommend Marathon more. Brendan, Dylan, Dan & Crew did an Awesome job installing 2 new hvac units for our house. They were very professional & courteous to my family & I. They did the job in record time. Our units were up in a day. We were very pleased with their attention to detail too. Also of course Anabel ( office manager) was wonderful in setting the whole install for us. She was very professional & courteous. She answered all my questions with the install in a timely manner. Pat the Owner has built a great company with Awesome employees! We highly recommend them for all of your hvac needs👍

Could not be happier with our technician, Jay! Purchased their service contract and Jay came out for a spring service at our beach house and did a fabulous job. He was hard working, kind and courteous. I hope he is available when it's time for our fall service! Annabelle in the office was wonderful as well. Price is very reasonable unlike most companies that service OC! Very pleased with Marathon and highly recommend.

Marathon came right out when called. Thier technician was very knowledgeable and made sure I was fixed up in record time! The billing spot on what they told me it would be and my system has been running much better ever since! I'm so glad I called marathon!
