Gave me an estimate and lowered price to be competitive with another bid but only gave amount of work he thought he should do - did not grind & polish a tile that was included and did not protect baseboards, house was freshly painted and he beat up the moulding pretty bad, had to repaint for client as I hired him didn’t make a penny and had to do work to correct the issues.

I would highly recommend. Sergio was quick and did great work!! The team made the entire process easy from start to finish, and had great communication. Will be using them again in the future
