They sold me a slab is an ugly black mark embedded in the quartz. Of course the slab went right to the fabricator so I didn't see the black mark until it ended up inside my house. It is the company's responsibility to quality control and inspect the products they are selling. But Marble Express only cares about what they can get away with, as long as they get your money they couldn't care less how the expensive countertops that you will look at every day turn out. All they did was send me the stone maker's contact info and turned the other way. It's greedy and disgusting.

I just purchased three slabs for one of my job sites (I'm a builder). Marble Express had the most competitive prices and I feel I got good value. I received great service and I highly recommend this place.

They are pretty knowledgeable about marble with over 30 years of experience. Also, the staff is friendly.
