Buyer beware! This company does not provide a written scope of work or written contract. That led to my decision to get someone else to finish the project about two-thirds of the way through, since MTF could not actually do a portion of the job and it wasn't spelled out in writing (and the owner expected that a two-minute conversation six weeks prior would be stuck in my head like glue. It wasn't. I was expecting it to be spelled out in the contract, which I never got). Gary (the owner) came into my house to measure for the countertops, and right off the bat broke a wine glass and didn't even bother to apologize. Marble Tec did the fabrication for my kitchen remodel. The people who did the work were very nice and great to work with. However, the front office service and management response was very poor. I had a remnant which I intended to use for my bathroom remodel. I told the management repeatedly that I wanted the remnant, but they sold it and kept the proceeds. When I asked for a quote for the bathroom, and told them I would accept any remnant they had in stock since they sold mine, they did not even bother to respond. When I talked with them in person, their excuse was that they are very busy and get many emails. These guys are great! Very quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had my kitchen done and was so impressed I'm going back for the bathrooms and basement bar!
