Marble Today

The staff at Marble Today are top notch customer service and craftsman in this trade. We had our countertops replaced. We had one delay, but due to the holidays it was understandable. Our kitchen had some difficult angles including waterfalls that needed to match the pattern in the design. Nevertheless they pulled it off first class. I highly recommend them. Working with Nick and Franco made us feel that this job was as important to them as it was to us.

Surprisingly, they have a dock here for 18 wheelers. Follow address for 8110 instead of 8200 Cypress... Easy entry; immediately turn left upon entry & go around bldg, making first right, then another immediate right. You will see dock at end of bldg. Here, make another right & straight back into dock. Floor load. Will take a couple hours to unload. If you have a skirt on your trailer, it may get damaged due to the way the dock is setup.

Terrible customer service. Installed a marble slab island with a giant glue stain in the center. They told me after the first time they’d replace the slab. Three buffing attempts later they’re still wasting our time trying to “clean” it off. Over a year with this issue.

I had much better luck. Had my cabinets ordered and was able to select the slab I wanted from their warehouse. I took a door with me so I could see the color against the slab. Their person came to the house and measured the dimensions of the cabinet top surface. Within a week they came and installed the grantite top. Everything went well and they were very professional. It's a bit of a drive from Gainesville but I was very pleased with the sales staff and installation.

Cabinets not what we ordered from Bob, cheap, off over two inches on the center island so not square, used two pieced of cheap wood for the front panel, the paint is supposed to have some Blue in it - it is just Grey - we are also supposed to have a 1" by 4" picture frame - missing. Awful work and craftsmanship - should have stayed with Wellborn Cabinets like we planned - these are horrible.
