Marble'N Things

Ordered tile from this company. They were great throughout the whole process. The customer service people were great. I communicated with chat and via the phone a separate time. The shipping was fast and they even added onto my order when I realized I needed more before the package was shipped and didn't charge me extra for shipping. The package was suppose to arrive on a Monday per the shipping info but received the tile the Saturday before! Super pleased with the company. None of the tile was broken and everything looked beautiful.

I just purchased and received my marble tile for my bathroom remodel from Marble N Things. This place is not a scam. I put in a website inquiry and Amir called me in under 1 hr. He was able to tell me everything I needed to know about the product and was very helpful during a few back to back phone calls with more questions that I had. I mentioned I was concerned about purchasing from them because of the reviews but he reassured me and waited on the phone until I received my confirmation emails. Shipment arrived at my house faster than expected and the product is superb. Not to mention they have some of the best prices you can find online and for sure in store.

I gave 3 stars because of the lack of communication on their part. When I placed the order the only email I received was from paypal. They never send me an email to say they received my order. I had to call them 2 weeks after I ridered and ask them where my tiles were then they told me it would be another weeks. So I waited another weeks and called they said 2 more. So I called 2 weeks later and they said it would be 3 more days it was on a long weekend.well my tiles did I deed ship on Tues and Fed Ex sente a he conf #. I am glad I get them because I really was starting to feel scamm d but they are NOT scammers. They can be trusted you just have to be the one e to reach out to them. They don't contacted you. I will mention I love my tiles!

Was concerned that the order I made was too good to be true, and maybe a scam, since the associated phone numbers and customer service email on the website all didn't work, and due to other reviews here saying it was a scam. It turned out to not be a scam, and all 3 boxes of pricey tile I ordered showed up well-packaged without a single chip! Still deducting a star for lack of communication channels.

Over a month and the sample tiles I ordered have still not been shipped. All numbers for this company seem to be bad or go to an line that doesn’t connect to an answering machine. No responses from emails inquiring about my order. I now see other reviews that say similar things about this company. Will be disputing this charge on my card. Save yourself the headache and skip this scam of a company
