I am a caretaker of our church & have had MARC Service, now Tustin, take care of all our HVAC needs...from preventative maintenance to emergency repair. They are always available & able to fix any issues we've had. Every technician who has come to our facility has been knowledgeable, efficient, professional & respectful. I would highly recommend for any commercial or residential job.

He came to look at my furnace and to service it never even turned it on! Then said he had to contact the company who made the furnace because he said it should still be under warranty 3 weeks and still never heard from them. Will NEVER use this company again and they should consider getting new staff who knows what they are doing!

Just got my bill from Marc services. Severely over charged me for the amount of time the guy was here. He was certainly not here 2 and a half hours. We even had to have them send someone else when he was done because our gas connection to the boiler was leaking. Unless they are charging me to have someone that works for them fix their own guys mistake I don’t know where these prices come from.

Being a contractor myself I was in need of an emergency repair with a water heater replacement. Very prompt service the job was amazing and the worksite was left as I would have left it very clean and neat. Definitely will be using and referring them again.

Quality service with technicians that know what they are doing. From A/C to a new furnace the service can't be beat. Prices reasonable and fair.
