Unfortunately I can’t comment under Kayla Scott’s 1 star review so I’ll simply post what was sent to me. Howard did call her at work to simply say “please do not defame my business” & to also explain why the price of oil had significantly gone up. Kayla then began raising her voice through the phone stating she deleted the post & to not call & harass her at work. Kayla, before you go & dear diary the world please understand we are working tirelessly through this extremely cold winter. Your rude comments and post are completely unnecessary in a small town where everyone knows everybody. Be better 🤍

Howard (the owner? idk) called me repeatedly and even found my place of employment to call me and bully me into deleting a fb post I made about their high prices. Screamed at me on the phone. Intimidation and bullying is great customer service and way to conduct business. Stay away.

I either quit working and I gave these people a call. They showed up in 20 minutes assessed the problem made the repairs and we’re done within a half an hour amazing simply amazing.

I have worked with Marcell folks for years. They are friendly, reliable, and always willing to help problem solve. I would give them more stars if I could.

I cannot say enough good things about these folks. You legitimately feel like you matter when you call. We ran out of fuel accidentally and they delivered within 4 hours of my phone call . Truly extraordinary business and outstanding people. If your not using Marcell your simply missing out. Hands down best of the best in heating fuel.
