Marchese is literally the only company I allow to restore my home and I have needed to use them 5 times since December 2023 due to different issues from the roof to the first floor of my 3 story home that was built in 2004. The initial builders rushed construction. Each time, Marchese restores it to brand new condition, using the best up-to-date products and adhering to current industry standards to ensure the safety of everyone in the home and sustainability of the structures. Marchese Restoration was professional, timely and understanding. From the very beginning there was clear communication (everything ended up being accurate as well) and they wanted to understand our expectations for a final result. This company was contracted by the condos I live in to fix a foundation problem inside my unit. Unbeknownst to me, this took almost two months to arrange and fix. After taking down the wall inside my bedroom they left half of my bedroom uninhabitable for weeks. I am a nursing student who was already dealing with a stressful schedule but trying to get them out of my unit coupled with the issues they continually left behind were a nightmare. They took up half of my bedroom carpet but left a hammer underneath it which my granddaughter hit her foot on and almost broke her toe. Then they told me they had to take my brand new bed apart to have more space but would put it back together correctly. They didn’t. They widened the holes the screws were in on the headboard and now the headboard is weak

Marchese oversaw the restoration of my house after a fire and smoke damage. They did a great job making sure everything was as I requested and were great to work with. The fire happened shortly before I deployed and they were excellent about using my designated representative (my brother, who had a power of attorney) and not causing further stress during my deployment by trying to contact me with mundane questions he was there to answer. Hopefully I never have to work with them again as that means damage to my house, but if I need a restoration company again, I will call them first.
