I've been a customer for over 8 years on a semi-annual maintenance plan. I had a recent service visit for AC not cooling. The tech told me that the compressor had failed and suggested replacing the whole system initially at a cost of over $8,800 or minimally to replace the compressor at a cost of $3,000. Upon getting service from Lickety Split and a second opinion they: got my system cooling within about 20 minutes or less, diagnosed that my compressor was working fine and showed me proof, found that Marco never registered my system (limiting my warranty from 10 to 5 years), found that the Marco tech left the breaker switch out of the panel thereby causing the unit to not run, recommended actual replacements that would extend the life of my system. I had been very pleased with past service from Marco and the technician. My last service was the latter part of January 2025 and should have been scheduled for July 2025. I called Marco and had to schedule. They said technician would be at my house between 8am and 12pm on September 11. He didn’t arrive until 3pm. He was only here for about 15 minutes and didn’t even change the filter.
