Amazing customer service! I could not believe how fast he came, and the repair itself took only a short time. He knew immediately what was wrong, gave me an amazing price for the part and work, and was so friendly! I love that they're so close, I will absolutely be reaching out to him again for repairs I need for all the appliances he covers! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Ruslan was fantastic. I called at 9.30 am, and he arrived around 10.30 am. He explained everything clearly and showed me all the parts he replaced, along with what not to do to maintain the dryer's longevity. The price was reasonable too, and he finished around 11.30. I know who to call next time if an appliance needs fixing.

Ross did a fantastic job. He was able to diagnose the problem and had a part available to fix the issue. Our ice maker hasn’t worked in years and Ross got us back up and running in less than an hour. We had a good experience with our freezer repair. Took me awhile to leave the review so I can't recall his name. However, He answered all our questions, showed us how to change the water filter & which filters were best to use. Not ones from the auction. & diagnosed our other fridge.
