They have repaired my issue but have over-charged me to the tune of $125 for an issue that was caused by their own earlier service call. When I tried to explain it to the guy on the phone, he steamrolled over me claiming that he knows better (even though he's not familiar with my boiler or what actually happened). Basically here is what happened: - I called their rep sometime around December - he came out, checked everything, said he needed to order a part - he came back with the part several weeks later because it wasn't in stock - replaced the part and system started working, however, he left the unit without reattaching the panel shielding the control board (basically without fully assembling it back), after being written up for this by a safety inspector (one of my tenants is section 8

Was quoted $5.25 a gallon for oil delivery over the phone. Due to the great price I upped my total order amount. I understand the value of oil is changing every day, but when they came to fill my tank less than 24 hrs later I was charged $5.69. 44 cents per gallon is a pretty huge jump to charge someone without letting them know. To be fair $5.69 is still market value, but I wouldn't have filled up at market value. That's what I get for not asking for anything in writing. Don't be charmed by their low prices if you're getting quoted over the phone. 3 stars because the service was honestly satisfactory overall minus the chasm between what I was quoted and charged.
