Marietta Winsupply

Horrible customer service. Jessica spent each time I was there complaining about her own kitchen remodel, her husband, her customers, their billing company and yes, even her BOSS. She never even thanked me for my business. I wanted to help the local economy by buying local but clearly that was a mistake. When I picked up my sink she tacked on a $30 freight charge with NO WARNING. And when my husband called to request a refund of this charge she hung up on him. Due to this unprofessional behavior, I refuse to use them for the 2 bathroom remodels ahead of us. In fact I will never buy from them again. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

So sad...need to change their google presence because I went out of way to go to the showroom then told just a distributor. Usually deal with the friendly folks in Douglasville but was only 15 minutes away in Marietta, needing to make some selections and fill some time before another appointment.

Keith at Marietta Winn Supply is my go to dude for all plumbing needs!!! He has great communication skills. Recommend to all plumbers to speak with Keith Bramlett

this is the place for my first call any time i need materials he guys here take pride in knowing what everything is to help their contractors faster and better than anyone else and if you have been in the industry long enough you know how it is to go in a supply house where the staff has no clue what your talking about you wont get that here top notch service every time
