Excellent experience. I simply followed some tips off previous reviews and common sense when buying the 5days pass (35$/day): in order to activate it, you need the first entry ticket. In and out worked just great and always plenty of space in the lowest floors. I didn't get the car out on the 5th day and on the next day (the 6th day) the check out was smooth: scanned the expired pass and charged me 33$ for the extra day, less than I expected. If you stay at the Hilton village, this is the cheapest option.

The last time I parked here it was $28 and purchased through attendant at gate. Now it is $35 and no attendant! I purchased at the machine and didn't see the sign about needing the ORIGINAL ticket! When I scanned the ticket I purchased for 2 days it said it was invalid!!! I pushed the button for help and they said I had to pay for a lost ticket $50 even though I have a paid ticket with a bar code. I can use it to scan in and out in the future but not OUT that day without the original ticket I pulled! Hope this helps the next person from my mistake! With today's technology, this is a total ripoff!!! FYI, you can't pull a new ticket on the other side without an actual vehicle for the sensor to pick up! I already tried! Although the parking here was great, the way the deck was managed was not. There were plenty of spots, and parking was conveniently attached to our building we were staying at. Sorry I yelled at the lady on the speaker at the gate. But I was frustrated I paid for a 5 day pass, that needed a clerk's attention, to get to work. No ticket came out when I first went in. And there's probably a dozen signs on the kiosk thing at the entrance gate, making it very confusing. It looked like when we left one morning, many others were having issues too. Why can't it just be like every other deck, you get a time stamped ticket when you enter, and use it at the exit? Many people who park here are vacationing, and not use to how this deck works.

Not sure why this place gets negative reviews....i parked there for three days this week and paid less than half of what I would have paid at Hilton Hawaiian Village. The instructions to pay for multi-day parking are clear and provide in and out privileges. BTW, the exit gate was broken at the time of my visit and didn't require payment to leave the garage. An observant customer may still be able to take advantage of this unexpected benefit (I didn't notice until after I paid for my muti-day parking)

You can park up to 5 nights with in and out privileges. If you are arriving for the first time, take the ticket when you drive in. Before you want to drive out go to the kiosk right across from the exit gate and follow directions to pay for up to 5 nights.
