Marina Woods Apartments

This is a little senior complex located just off of Route 9 in Halfmoon. Compared to other places for seniors, it's just mediocre. There's no dishwashers in any of the apartments. As an aging adult, the LAST thing you want to do, are dishes. There's no central air conditioning in the complex. There are however, regular room air conditioners in the wall, in each unit. Most of the air conditioners are very old, and once those air conditioners no longer work, the complex does not replace them. The responsibility to replace the air conditioners are the responsibility of the tenant. This is a senior complex, with many seniors who have no other income except Social Security. Not professional very poor quality and never responds to problems with this not so great building, and people that have relatives in here. Find them another place...if you love your family then you will find them a safer and much better home.

A nice place for our older relatives to live and thrive. Clean & problem free, plenty of parking
