Marino Cleaning Services

It's not very often you think of having your windows done by a professional but here we are. After quickly displacing bids from bigger companies, some of whom only offered packaged services, I found MARINO WINDOW CLEANING. We quickly agreed to a custom level of service (they do shutters!) and son Alex was out the following week. High energy dude with a polite personality. They did a great job and I highly recommend them!

Did a great job of cleaning everything and showing me anything that looks suspicious such as a closed vent that they don’t know why it was closed and another vent that wasn’t getting any air. that it was connected to the air duct, so they did not know why air was not coming through. They did recommend a HVAC guy to dig into the mystery deeper.

Actually, no stars. I have used Marino in the past. This time I had an appointment last Thursday 10/9 between 1:00-2:00. Alex called at 1:22 that day and said his babysitter didn’t show up and he needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for 12:00 on Saturday 10/11. Alex was a total no show. I called and texted to see if he was still coming. I got absolutely no response from Alex or Rami EVER! It’s time for me to find another company.

Professional, on-time, did a great job cleaning our carpets, windows, dryer vent and HVAC all in the same day. Our home feels so fresh and lively. Thanks for the quality job!
