Mario's Aluminum LLC

My home was badly damaged by Ian and 2 of the areas was the carport & lanai. I hired Mario to rebuild the carport and screened in lanai.  The issue is: 1. In the contract it specifies that he would remove all debris and he didnt. In fact his workers were so disrespectful they threw trash and cigarette butts onto my lawn. 2.  He damaged my new roof badly while doing the lanai.  Rain water leaked into the wall connecting the lanai to the house and the walls are now all bubbled with mold! This voids my warranty on the roof. 3.  I have texted Mario and got no reply and I've sent a certified return receipt requested Demand letter for payment for repairs. He is not someone I would refer out to anyone needing a professional job done....in my opinion.
