was contracted by the city and did a horrible job. took them 2 weeks (with 3 full days over these weeks) to trim trees on ONE BLOCK, causing immense noise pollution, traffic, environmental pollution and inconvenience to our neighborhood. extremely slow, do not seem organized, and lack an effective tree trimming strategy and removal process with little regard for the people their work impacts.

This california-based company mailed a photocopy of a check for one of their employees to my home by mistake. I paid them the courtesy of a phone call to let them know of the error. I honestly can't say what I expected from them; but I felt the employee would appreciate receiving the document. When I called a very courteous and professional lady informed me their payroll processor was at lunch but she would inform her of the call. I received a call back 30 minutes later from an equally courteous and professional lady who thanked me profusely for taking the time to bring it to their attention. Wow! True professionalism.

This is the LADPW contractor who was witnessed clear cutting mature native legally protected black walnut trees in a labeled and tended children’s garden in Elysian Park. Take accountability my guys!

Horrible place to work at! Office manager has no knowledge or experience of being office manager (JT) they love to micromanage not to mention you will overwork several departments at once they are CHEAP and don’t care for their employees unless your related or Asian.

They are the worse landscape company that we have used. Lazy and untrained.
