Maritime Parking

Waited 10 minutes to pay for parking at the kiosk because there was only one machine. Paid at 14:23 and was told we have 20 minutes to exit. It's 14:52 now and I'm still waiting on the 3rd floor in a line of cars to exit. Never thought I'd have to read reviews on a parking garage before I used it. Avoid this garage.

The others are fake reviews. 1) The two machines at the main entrance to pay your ticket don't work properly. For some reason, they don't accept cards half of the time. This wasn't just for me; many others in last Sunday around noon had the same issue. It took two full minutes to read a card, and at least half of the time the card was rejected. I had two parking tickets to pay (one for me and one for my wife). The first ticket was paid relatively quickly (the trick is to pull out your card after you insert it, otherwise it isn't read by the machine). However, I could not pay the second ticket with the same credit card that I paid the first one with. I tried two other cards; each time the machine did not accept it. So I went to the other machine. We lost our ticket as soon as we parked, I told the employee immediately and asked if we could get a replacement ticket but they insisted we would have to pay the lost ticket fee ($25). We were there about an hour so instead of paying the lower rate, we had to pay $25. Terrible customer service.

$6 to park for 2 hours? Too expensive. And the pay machine gave me trouble and only took credit.

Very good spot to park when you go visit the aquarium, prices are so high though… Paid $8 for 3 hours!
