Mark Hendrickson Excavating

Contacted Hendrickson Excavating to do a simple strip and restore horse walk-in area of our paddock. They performed the work in my absence (after I explicitly told them that I wanted to be present), and subsequently had to return to (attempt to) remedy the poor job as well as replace DAMAGED property. They agreed to return ONLY after they received payment in full. They were paid in full, returned to replace damaged property, but never completely addressed the extent of their poor work as is evidenced by the current condition of the job-site. We believe they did not use the quoted amount of materials needed (which they never validated), or, they just do poor work. Either way, the job was unprofessional and poorly done. We had to change an old blocked pipe. Mark was terrific! Very professional, amazing job, and came in with a very fair offer- about half from the first offer we got. I should also add, that the first guys who came to check the issue put a camera in the pipe and told us there is a tree root growing in there. Mark didn't find any tree roots. He did how ever find a tennis ball that the first guys spotted in their first visit on the top of the pipe, weren't able to reach and forcefully shoved it in there, completely blocking the pipe by doing that. Mark and his son Alan were a pleasure to work with. They did some excavation and re graveled our driveways and it looks great! Very reliable and fair priced. We are also using them for snow plowing this winter.

Very professional, punctual and did a great job. I had gotten a few quotes and Mark's was the best. Not only will Hendrickson be my "go-to" excavator, I would highly recommend them!
