We hired this company to replace the air ducts in our attic, putting in a new trunk line and drop lines, and installing a new furnace and air conditioner. It was a three-day process. They had to crawl through a very tight, low attic to do the work -- in summer! Cut new vents. And more. From their office staff to their estimator to the crew that did the actual work -- everyone was great. True attention to detail, doing it right, good communication with us at every stage, a reasonable price, etc. We were very pleased to do business with them. We chose this company based on a friend's good experiences and recommendation, and were not dissappointed. We formerly worked with Bertie's Heating and Air. We had a better experience with this company.

I had a great experience working with RJ, the Design Manager. What stood out most was his follow-through. He delivered proposals on time and did exactly what he said he would do. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the process. RJ helped design and integrate a HEPA filtration system into my existing Lennox HVAC system, which had been installed by another company. He quickly spotted a few layout inefficiencies and had his team reconfigure everything to make it more efficient. Joey and Coye handled the installation and were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Mark Hurm & Co., LLC.
