I was thrilled with the work that Paul did. From the moment I called him I knew that I could trust him he was very responsive and answered my questions and explained the process which is dry carpet cleaning. Paul gave me a date right away and showed up promptly for our appointment. I was very pleased with the estimate and the actual job came within the estimate that he provided me with he didn’t try to upsell me or make me feel like I had to utilize all these other chemicals in order to achieve my objective and that was to make the carpet clean. My carpet was just a year old it was wall-to-wall carpeting in my apartment and it was a light colored carpeting and typically with apartments it’s heavily trafficked. Paul clean the carpets within two hours and he went over the spots several times
