A friend of mine had recommended Mark Kaczala Plumbing and Heating. The first time we used them a person named John came to replace one of our toilets. He did an excellent job. When we realized we needed a new hot water tank, we called Mark‘s group again and Mark himself stopped by to look at the job. Not even two business days later he was back at our house and within two hours had the old hot water tank removed, and a brand new one placed. They had just the tank we wanted a Bradford White and Mark was wonderful to work with. They do such a professional job and are so friendly and will answer any questions you may have. I recommend them highly. We will be using them in the future.

Our hot water heater was leaking this morning. Mark and John were able to come over the same day and replace it for us! They were both kind, professional, honest and friendly. He was, buy a very wide margin, the least expensive (his quote also included the next larger capacity model) and also certified by the company whose product we wanted. We hired him and the job he did was outstanding. He was professional, courteous, prompt and finished the job in a very timely manner. The installation is neat and he left the area he worked in in better shape then before he started! Additionally, we hired his company to install a new utility sink in our basement and re-plumb it.
