Mark Kaufman Roofing

A great beginning! My husband and I are very happy that we chose Mark Kaufman Roofing to replace our tile roof. The salesman, Adam Tindall was very impressive and walked us through the whole project, answering all of our questions and explaining each step in the process. On the appointed day, Josh Young who was the Project Manager, explained what he and his wonderful team of roofers would be doing. The team was extremely hard working, friendly and thorough. They were careful to protect our property and cleaned up every day before they left. They worked very well as a team under the careful direction of Josh. We will begin the second part of the roof replacement in a few days and we look forward to working with another fantastic team! We highly recommend Mark Kaufman Roofing!

So far we are in the middle of the process and only the tear-off has been completed but David Dennis and his tear-off team were very good. The communication was excellent about the process and what I should expect to happen daily and the timeline they provided proved to be true. Also at the end of the cleanup, our property was restored to its condition before they arrived. Patio furniture was replaced in the yard driveway, and the street was swept with a magnet and a leaf blower to ensure that we didn’t have any flat tires shortly. They took extra precautions to protect our pool and lanai items during the tear-off. I hope the tile delivery and installation go as well as the tear-off did. I’d like to thank David Dennis and his team for a job well done.

W.😮. W Wouldn't even let me talk to the higher up. I'm in Lehigh Acres Fl Was told they had a special (free gutters) Permit was approved @9:00 am Men were there waiting. I finally called around 1:00 pm, got smart A$$ answers. Workers [5 or 6] started around 2:15 pm 2 wks Ltr.... Waiting on "free" gutters... in mid-Sept Said was a separate price -$2600 (gutters) roof is paid... The Gutters were fine Excellent Roofing Crew

Good experience with Mark Kaufman Roofing! Project manager Robbie answered all my questions and checked on job each day. Antonio and his crew did a great job over two days and cleaned up everything at the end. The roof looks great, and I would recommend this company to others.

I watched them replace my neighbor’s roof. I was absolutely amazed at watching them work. They send an army of dedicated hard working guys to do the job. If the installation of the new roof is half as good as the tear off, I will anoint them the greatest contractor I have ever hired. Kudos!
