They did vinyl siding & a metal roof on my house in Winnsboro. They did not keep their word about start time. They put my house on the backburner in order to do a much larger property ($$$) in the low country. They didn't seem to care i wanted to get my house listed in time for summer buying season, they didn't care that they told us our house was the next in line. They knew they "had us" and would just deal with it. So the project was completed, but at least 2 months later than they said. When they began the work, I had to make them honor the agreement to do vinyl siding on the lower portion of the porch. So don't trust their word & handshake. Get everything written into the contract, including penalties for delays otherwise they will do your house whenever they get good & ready. I

Mr Kelly and crew are honest hard working down to earth folk. He does what he says and at the prices quoted. No hidden upcharges or surprises. They do EXCELLENT metal roofing also!
