I called Mark after finding his information on Google. What a lifesaver! Our oven broken the week of Christmas and we didn’t know if we’d be able to get anyone out. Mark came over the same day. He figured out what was wrong very quickly and had everything he needed to fix it with him. The cost was a nice surprise— in a good way! To his say pricing is reasonable is an understatement. So relieved we found him and he was able to save the day!
He live answered his phone which was great. He set a time for a call back to set a definate time TODAY. He showed up on time, observed Covid precautions, was professional and courteous. Fixed the drain pump on our Maytag quickly and for a VERY reasonable price. Would use him again!
Very nice guy, helped answer questions and was able to schedule promptly.
