I had a bad experience with this company (actually a 2 person outfit). I called them as they were Authorized service dealer for AO Smith with a company provided warranty number. Did not hear from the for days. When I finally got a call back, I was told it would take 4 weeks to show up. I had to call the company (AO SMith) and escalate the issue. Finally when they showed up, told me it was an install issue and charged a hefty service call fee. Given I had to wait for more than a month and was not told about any service fee upfront, I would NOT do business with this company. I would go with a well established HVAC company. The only reason I went this company as my unit was under warranty and they were the ONLY authorized service folks in a 100 mile radius.
