Market Square Garage

it's a great parking spot and reasonable price, nice staff. but the monthly online payment system is terriable. I purchased one month parking in July with the initiation fee for $377.50. The manager onsite knew I'm only going to park for a month and they cancelled my monthly subscription on day one. However in the parker's portal I been keep receiving the new invoice. I tried to contact but there was no response. I turned off autopay on the portal and removed my credit card and I think it should be fine, however after couple month I found out it keeps charging my commute card, which I thought it's not possible because my commute card don't have the authorization. In short, I been charged for additional four months. Please refund to me, this is insane.

This is an amazing parking garage. It is more expensive...but for the price, you get peace of mind and very capable, professional staff. I never worry about my car when I park it here. Random people can't wander into this garage, because staff members actively patrol during business hours, and access is heavily restricted after business hours. The staff are also very helpful. The manager Nour has helped me with multiple billing issues, and the valet staff have even helped me park a few times when I was struggling. (The garage has some tight spaces and used to be valet-only parking before COVID.) I never thought I could like a parking garage this much.

Safe garage, good prices. Wasn't expensive I didn't think, the parking spaces are very compact very hard to get out of so tiny cars are better. I parked here for Bill Graham. And will park there again

The garage is in a good location and the security is great. The valets are courteous and helpful. The layout is rather confusing. But the price is outrageous. $5 an hour is the flat rate, and it charges for each hour – I was charged another $5 for 4 minutes because I timed it poorly. Trust the other reviews and find another place, because the safety and location just aren't worth the price.

Decent and safe parking garage. Most of the staff are friendly (with one that’s a bit grumpy). Expensive for monthly parking but alas so is everywhere else
