Had a filter installed the service tech Josh who was the best ever. Help me learn what I needed to know about the filter and how to use it. Left everything nice and clean. Highly recommend

This review is based on my own personal experience hiring marklynn pools to do a liner replacement for my inground pool.I met with Jeff the owner.He promised me a high quality pool liner replacement. What I received was a very unprofessional crew that showed up unsupervised.During the install I witnessed the workers yelling and swearing about Jeff and how he doesn’t know what he is doing.One of the workers was smoking near the new liner.Another worker received a electrical shock during the light installation.Another worker fell in the deep end and could have been injured. The liner also has wrinkles and the stairs in the shallow end had issues. When I expressed my concerns to Jeff.He was aggressive and dismissed my concerns.I told him I would like to have a 3rd party look at the work befo

Called and scheduled pool opening in April to have pool opened May 29, it happened to be Memorial Day. After trying to contact them via phone, left voicemail to verify they were still going to come out due to the holiday, no one showed up. I called both phone numbers listed, no one answers, you have to leave a voicemail. I also emailed as well to be sure I’d hear back from someone in which I did, however, I was promised to be rescheduled and told multiple times I’d get a call to be rescheduled and it’s been over a week. I haven’t heard anything, and that’s after speaking with the owner. I understand we make mistakes, we are human, but to be promised something and to not follow up, that tells you a lot about a company.

This team saved the day. We had an aquacal pool heater that stopped working. They tried to repair but couldn't. Set us up quickly with a new Nirvana unit (we didn't love the customer service from aquacal)

Marklynn Pools is my go to place for sodium hypochlorite solution. The owner and his employees are very friendly and Marklynn Pools always has what I need in stock. I highly recommended Marklynn Pools!
