Called Mark around 4:30 one afternoon asking to set up an appointment and he was at my doorstep the next morning at 8:00! Our washing machine wasn’t filling with water. He unclogged a pressure hose and had our washer working in no time. Friendly. Professional. Quick. Couldn’t ask for more! Thanks Mark!

I felt compelled to post my experience with Mark's Appliance Repair. After reading the reviews I called Tuesday afternoon and Mr. Mark scheduled us for the next morning to take a look at our 20-year-old Kenmore washer that had started leaking. He arrived as scheduled then deftly diagnosed and fixed the the problem by replacing a pump, all within 30 minutes of his arrival. What AMAZING SERVICE, and at a very fair price...so rare these days. Absolute wonderful person. Our dryer stop heating late Friday afternoon. I found his site on NextDoor and called. He came out first thing Monday morning and within a short time had it fixed. His price was reasonable. We definitely recommend Mark and will not hesitate to use again if needed.

We were away for a while so we turned our refrigerator off. When we got home, our fridge did not work when we turned it on. We couldn't find anyone to even come out to check. A friend recommended Mark Hellar. We were so glad we did. He came to house in just two days after we called. He was great and took lots of time and then made some phone calls to see if he could get the part we needed. Unfortunately, the company overseas did not make that part any longer. He helped us find a new refrigerator that met all of our needs. We would highly recommend him to anyone who has a appliance repair needs.
