Mark's Floors

Mark’s floors is the absolute BEST place around. We bought laminate floors for our entire house and the process from start to finish was amazing. When picking our floors they let us take home as many samples as we wanted until we made our choice. The install was done in one day and all the workers were so nice and did a great job. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase new flooring for their home!

First contact was Samantha in the showroom. She was awesome. She is knowledgeable, patient and very willing to assist. She was instrumental in our decision to go with Marks's Floors. The owner Mark (Samantha’s father) actually came out to do the measurements and so personable, it felt like we were dealing with a long time friend. There were no issues with the delivery or installation of the product, even though our job it right in the middle of the Covid 19 crises. We had to delay, due to other back ups on our renovation project, but Mark’s Floors adjusted without issue. The installation crew, lead by a gentleman also named Mark, were as pleasant and positive as one could expect. From Amy the Design Consultant helping us choose just the right carpet, to Mark the owner, in our home measuring, to Marissa who arranged for the installation and followed up after the carpet was installed, to the great installation crew that was super efficient and very respectful of our home - every step of the process was easy, professional, and affordable. I have and will continue to recommend Mark's Floors to my friends and neighbors.

Our experience with Mark’s Flooring was fantastic. They were very professional from start to finish. Amy was especially helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose our flooring. When Mark came to measure he finished quickly and was a pleasure to have in our home. Wazi and Jordan removed our old carpet, moved and replaced our furniture and installed our new Karastan flooring.
