I had my garage door opener for five years and it just stopped working. He replaced the wall mount opener but 3 days later it was not working. He replaced the entire opener on an early Saturday morning 2 days later and let me put the money from the wall unit towards my new, upgraded, smart phone controlled, super quiet door opener.
