A year ago, our AC unit was not working. We called Marlee and they came right out. However, since the gentleman did not have the correct part, he installed the wrong part and tie wrapped it so it would work and we would not be without air. The company charged me $514.84 ($350 Labor, $90 trip Fee, and $25 part). I did not pay the bill that was received since the part was not correct. I am now being sued and have to go to small claims court.

Came right out on an emergency call. The 2 Technicians had my a/c working in no time, saving me enormous amount in lost revenue from my potential lost customers. Thank you.

Very accommodating people. I have a big truck and maneuvering was difficult but doable. No dock
