Owner Mark and team are absolutely fantastic. It's hard to find a reliable pool servicing company in Southwest Florida, but I finally found one. Both for monthly maintenance and for repair issues that come up, they have been great. I highly recommend.

We had an OLD Jandy Aqualinks system and had a very difficult time re-programing the pool light and temperature. Come to find out, the previous owner bypassed the system and somehow tied it to Siri. In 30 years our serviceman had never seen this setup/modification. He ended up re-initializing the system to the original factory settings and now we are able to program the system as it was supposed to be. We were going out of our minds trying to resolve it, but thankfully our technician was able to work his "magic" and get everything back to working order. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Ever since new owners took over all the tech did was complain about doing work. Tried to find an excuse every time he came over it seemed to not work. Then company called asking for more money for chemicals when all along they weren’t putting in enough to begin with. Wife and I got a water test kit from pinch a penny and pool is cleaner than ever and we do it ourselves these people were a joke never use these folks.

Once Marlin took over from Slusser Pools it’s never been the same. Chemicals are strong and we have to ask them to clean it when they just should. Avoid them unless you want your eyes and skin burning.

Yesterday, one of their thugs was in our neighborhood speeding through the community. When I confronted him, he got up in my face and started yelling and then got into his truck and proceeded to chase me down. He was not servicing our pool, but after finding out the family who uses him change services, I do not recommend that you let these thugs in your community.
