Marlton Heating & Air Conditioning

My AC completely failed. I called different companies for estimates and I was lucky if they called me back. The estimates I had for AC replacement were extremely high and they all said it would be 2 weeks minimum before they would be able to install. After seeing such wonderful reviews for Marlton Heating and Air I called and ask if they could come out for an estimate. Frank, the owner was so courteous and came out the same day for an estimate. His price was fair My new unit was installed the next day!!! Frank's work and knowledge is second to none. The work is beautiful and he educated me on so many things. If you are looking for someone with experience and honesty and does fantastic work look no further call Marlton Heating and Air!!!

Had our ~15 year old condenser serviced by Frank last week. He's prompt, courteous, fair, and extremely knowledgable. He fixed our AC unit but more importantly made sure we understood our system including the age and health of each component. While we're hoping to keep this condenser running for a bit longer, we will definitely use him when it's time to upgrade. Frank's an honest, local, highly competent veteran who doesn't push expensive forklift upgrades when they're not needed. I'd give him 6 stars if it was an option!

Frank came to my house in an emergency. I had a humidifier that was leaking. But what he found was my hot water heater did not have a vent and carbon monoxide was coming out of it. He literally saved my life and my daughter’s lives. He came for two days to help fix the horrible job that I had done three years ago by a different company on the air conditioner and heater. He fixed the humidifier and he vented the hot water heater and cleaned up the mess that the last air conditioning company did. He was professional, educational, and extremely fair and reasonably priced. I’d recommend Marlton heating and air-conditioning company to everyone.

Frank always does a great job! He arrives on time, takes the time to assess and explain any issues and makes sure he over delivers. Frank has worked and serviced my heating and air on several properties over the last 25 years.

Frank is probably one of the only honest HVAC guys left out there. He is not going to try to sell you a new system unless you really need it. He just came and worked on my existing A/C unit that is about 40 years old from the 1970s and got it working again. Anybody else would not have even tried to work on it. He has 40 years of experience and he does the work, not some young guy right out of tech school. I highly recommend him.
