I appreciate their honesty. I’ve never had a company be so straightforward. We had an issue with our tankless water heater. They never dealt with the issue like we had and took the time and energy to contact the manufacturer and got it replaced under warranty. It was a learning curve for all of us and I will be using them again when issues come up. The service representative was friendly and knowledgeable and in my opinion went above and beyond. They kept us up to date with the process and the installation went smoothly. Thank you all who work there.

I have had Marraccini come out to my place in Smith and do several jobs big and small ranging from, HVAC install, electrical and ducting work and have been 100% satisfied with their professionalism, communication, their knowledge and of coarse their work All of fhe guys are very polite and take the time to explain things and give options. Their invoices are detailed and Ashlee in the office is a pleasure to deal with and alwt makes sure to get me all of the documents qnd manuals at the end of my job in a nice well prepared packet. i highly recommend Marraccini if you are looking for quality and integrity.

Called this business a number of weeks ago and was put on a wait list. I understand being busy and having to be wait listed. They finally got me scheduled to come out and give me a quote on installing a new electric heating and cooling system. When they finally arrived and I stated what we were looking to get a quote for, one of the men replied "Why?" In the nastiest tone I've heard from a working professional in awhile. I explained why, as I'm currently paying an exhorbent amount of money in propane for heat. He laughed in my face and said "you think that's going to change with electric?" My response was quite obviously "yes" as if I go to an electric system I'm obviously not paying for propane but I also know the difference in efficiency and know I won't be paying a $700 electric bill
