We recently finished a large multi-item project with Marr's and we couldn't be happier with the results. We're new to the Bellingham area and back in the spring of 2024 we felt our 22 year old furnace was on the verge of giving up. We asked our neighbors for some recommendations and Marr's was mentioned more than any other company. The new furnace install went great and we we're thankful to have a reliable heat source once again. Fast forward 18 months and we decided it was time to try and reduce our propane use. We worked with Marr's to come up with a plan to replace our 22 year old tanked water heater with a more efficient tankless heater, install a heat pump add-on to work with our furnace and have the ducting cleaned and sealed. Phil came to service my heat pump and gas fireplace yesterday. He spent an hour on each appliance, taking the fireplace completely apart to check and clean, and checking all components of my relatively new heat pump. Marr’s maintenance plan is very affordable and their technicians are well trained. I have enjoyed their services for several years and highly recommend this company.

Marr's returned phone calls promptly and were kind and courteous when scheduling appts. They honored a discount for new accts, even though they had installed the heat pump/mini split in my home several years earlier. I was a new customer to them as the new home owner. Their tech was thoughtful and knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly how the mini split works and how to make it function optimally. He had no problem with me watching as he completed maintenance. I signed up for Marr's yearly maintenance program after this first visit!
