Rhett on the phone was professional. Hunter who came and helped me with an old safe before a move deadline was equally professional and extremely kind. Can’t say enough good things about this company! (Also, I’m at home awaiting a heart transplant and they were very considerate and wished me well on that too so, more than just business for them, a kind helpful service!)

I stopped by Marshall’s Locksmith in Raleigh after struggling with a stuck smart lock cylinder at home — they fixed it in minutes and wouldn’t even take payment. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest team. Hard to find service like this anymore — highly recommend!

They fixed our doors where I work at and did a fantastic job. Vince was so patient through it all, and I really appreciated him! He was quick, thorough, and confident about his skills. He even suggested an extra piece to install on the door to keep us safe from break ins. There was a mishap and confusion with our construction manager and it took an extra 30 minutes of waiting to get approval for payment on our end, but Vince was calm and patiently waited for me to get approval. I know who to call if I'm personally ever in need of a Locksmith. Thank you Vince!
