Frank Marshen does superb work and I recommend him most strongly. Most recently Frank has completely overhauled our bath, (two photos) including replacing a shower tub unit with a tiled shower. And replacing the joist under and the floors of the bathroom. His craftsmanship is outstanding. And EVERY DAY he leaves the job site spotless. The final picture is an area where his crew did its cutting and prepping alongside our driveway. When they were done they raked and cleaned up. Going way beyond the extra mile, Frank then spread topsoil and pebbles making the area much neater than before he even started. Frank has done improvements and repairs for us for well over 10 years. Each job has been meticulously crafted, and we have been thrilled working with Frank. There is no one better!

We have used Frank and his staff for a little more than a year. The time spans mutiple construction projects both simple and complex. Each was done efficiently, cost-effectively and within his cost estimates and our budget. HIGHLY recommended.
