Water heater pilot light wasn’t lighting on a Friday. Called Marten’s, same day Jake came over & determined it was the igniter & had to order parts from Rheem. Unit was 2 yrs old parts under warranty the parts came in Monday & Jake installed them on Tuesday. Fast to respond & great service! Would definitely recommend.

I contacted Martens Plumbing on a Saturday regarding a water heater issue and received a prompt response from John, the on-call plumber He asked all necessary questions, provided an analysis of the issue and made recommendations. Based on this, I was able to determine that we did not need costly emergency service but could wait until Monday. Early Monday morning, I was contacted by Anita, the office manager, who arranged for service that morning. Jim, the technician, arrived at the designated time, completed the service that resolved the issue and provided expert advice on maintaining the water heater. Had a water heater installed and gas line fixed. John and KK were great! I have been in the service industry for years and they did it all right. Polite, professional, efficient and quality work. Answered questions and explained work. Left work area cleaner than when they arrived. Would highly recommend Martens plumbing and especially this team. Almost forgot to mention how friendly and helpful Anita was when scheduling.

Jake and Neil were very professional. Worked for over 2 hours trying to solve our problem. They found some additional things that needed attention. They offered to give us a quote and fix them the next day, but were not pushy. They left the decision up to us. They were great; I would definitely recommend Martens Plumbing.
