Do not use this company. I was over charges and told they would do a 1 year maintenance free of charge. He never followed thru. Complains about bone spurs in his feet. Doesn't do what was paid for and agreed on. Also wants to over charge for filter replacements twice the price. I do not recommend this company.

Great guys , wanted to get a new ac and Gave me the best value for a good system and price for moving it from hanging to vertical. Great work and is running great at 77 which before i was running it at 72. Researched Allied and they make all the air handlers for Lennox and lennox makes all the A/C units for Allied so yeah great products.

South West Florida is lucky to have a company like Martin air. Very professional, very courteous and on time. I have had the opportunity to meet the owner (Eric Martin) on a very late night service call. Was impressed with the work and the owner. So when I had another problem with the unit I immediately called them for their input. And after a long discussion with Sean Weekes there GM and service guy decided to replace the ac unit and air handler. Sean was GREAT. He explained all the options available to me. After installed Sean was back the next day and did the final setup made sure everything was right. Even cleaned my vent covers in the house. Very impressed with there work. I would highly recommend them for your air-conditioning needs.

On 7/6/2023, around 4 p.m. our air conditioner stopped working - we called Martin Air. William responded to our call and said he would be over as soon as he finished up with the service call he was currently at. What a pleasant and detailed person William was, plus he quickly made friends with our large dog which kept the visit bark and stress free! We were given detailed explanations of the issue and detailed pictures of the repairs he had done. It may be, at times, hard to feel trust with companies – I have trust with Martin Air. We thank you William for the service you provided.

Great a/c company. I called Martin Air because they had the best reviews and they delivered! After my a/c broke they came out and diagnosed the problem and offered install of a new system the next day. Being skeptical I got a second opinion. Another a/c company verified everything Sean said. I called Sean back and he set up install the very next day for the best price and they credited back what I paid initially. On top of that the actual owner of the company came out and got us cooled down until they could be here for the install. The two installers; John and Tom did a fantastic job, great guys. I would recommend Martin Air of SW Florida to anyone! Don't waste time comparing companies.
