Martin Brothers Flooring LLC

After reading many positive reviews, I decided to move forward with vinyl plank flooring with Martin Bros for my home. I was given a quote and the process was explained by Jordan and Jake, the installer, did a great job. But that's where the positives end. It's going on 7 months now and I'm still waiting for the trim around my entry door and office door to be fixed as well as paint repairs and baseboard repairs. All were deemed "an easy fix," by Jordan, a phrase I would hear several times that turned out to NOT be easy fixes. So after 4 no-shows and many, many unreturned calls later that were promised by 2 of their trim guys, I'm still waiting for the job to be completed. It looks terrible. They did an amazing job. Our floors are beautiful. The communication was perfect. Jordan responds and follows-up quickly and efficiently. His crew are reliable and trustworthy. They left the house practically dust-free. We are very glad to have chosen Martin Brothers Flooring!

I have had this company to at least 5 different jobs for me. First the installed engineered hardwood floors, then when I moved the installed and sanded and refinished oak flooring on the entire first floor of my house. Then they have installed vinyl plank in my rentals and done other jobs for clients of mine. Always professional! Great work no matter what floor they were doing

Jordan and his guys do great work. My wife and I are very happy with the hardwood floor they installed 5 years ago and the vinyl plank that they put in our basement recently. It was very reasonably priced and it looks fantastic. Highly recommend!
