Martin Builders

I am very disappointed. They wouldn't put on door stops, extensions for gutters, towel racks, and toilet paper holders. They left the door stops and gutter extension, but said they weren't going to install them. As for the towel racks and toilet paper holders, they said that since we didn't list them on our final walkthrough, they aren't going to install them. What builder actually builds a house that doesn't automatically come with towel racks and toilet paper holders?! They've also claimed to have fixed things, when it's obvious they haven't...they're still messed up! I've built several houses in my lifetime. I've never had a builder not install things that are common sense. I warn anyone that uses them.
