Martin Custom Iron Works

installed my gate last November: Every aspect of this has been extremely frustrating. If I knew what I know now I would go with some one more qualified, more responsive and professional. My gate has had problems since the installation, he came once to put a temporary fix. I have tried since July to reach him and offered nothing but empty promises. My ADVICE is do not use this company EVER. You will be left disappointed and shelling out more money. I will be following up with the BBB to file an official complaint.

Rude every time I asked a simple question and he asked me to come by at 2 in the afternoon and I couldn't go because I was busy and he got mad because I asked him what time do you close and he responded with don't worry when I close since I wanted to come by a time I was free and he responded with don't worry when I close can you come or not with a rude voice and I said no and right before I was about to ask another thing he hung up right before I even asked.

I was so frustrated with companies with full mailboxes no voice mail yet and no shows got a reference to call Martin's and in two hours his crew was here installing my central air unit cage I could not have asked for better service and they work fast I can not imagine BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN THAT he promised it and he did exactly what he said THANK YOU ANGELA for the recommendation and I will not lose this number THANK You MR.Martin
