I go here to get new or spare keys made. So far I've had good experiences. If you need anything specific or unique done make sure the key smith is in they're not always there and the regular person can't help you. The prices are good to. The driveways both go out onto two of the busiest streets in Green Bay, be careful when going in and out. The driveway on the Mason St. side needs to be fixed it will bottom out your care if you're not careful.

Returning online ship to store items is near impossible here, especially if your not around the exact same "Do it Best" store. Stick with Ace the place with the helpful hardware man.

Great hardware store with friendly help. Need a key made right the first time? This is the place. Great selection off hard to find items like closet door parts. Great rental tool selection. Landlords dream store! 4/24/24 update Had a motorcycle seat trunk missing keys. Corbin custom seat. Martins had made me 2 keys the day I dropped it off!! Great job!! Reasonable price considering the amount of key customization.

The female employees were NOT friendly here. They were very rude and unprofessional. They will not greet you even if they clearly see you. Smh 🙁

The cashier was so rude made me feel like she’s the one paying for my items, I had to ask her for a bag because she wasn’t even trying to ask if I wanted one , like if u hate ur job and ur self for working there then simply just don’t work there !!!!! But don’t be taking it out on people that paying ur paycheck coz if it wasn’t for us customers YOU wouldn’t have a job!!!
