Steve was very fair with pricing and Dustyn and the installation team were excellent. Very swift response. Very neat and clean installation. Everything looks very well dressed (cables, pipes, etc.). This is my second unit they have replaced. Highly recommended.

Our A/C & Heating system went down on a Saturday evening. I didn't need a technician right away (temps weren't bad), but called to leave a message so I could get a call back on Monday. Within minutes the owner of the company called me back - I was stunned. Monday at 7am, I got a called back from Steve to set my appointment for today - what great service. Their technician, Jonathan did a great job and has our system up and running

My experience with Martin AC was a great experience. I was treated extremely fairly very prompt service and extremely good prices. I would recommend them to anyone and I would be glad to use them again in the future. Matter of fact, I will be using them for my maintenance care from this point forward. Steve was excellent and so was Omar.

Steve showed up on time for the sales visit, very friendly and informative. He sent quotes for options very soon after the appointment. Steve gave us the best equipment for the best price. (I shopped several companies). Crew showed up on time and did a great job. Everyone was very friendly and kind. They were careful to cover and protect our carpet and flooring. We were back to a cool house in a few hours. I highly recommend Martin Heating & AC! I will be subscribing to their maintenance plan and use them for future needs. 5 Stars for real!
