I needed a spare key for my apartment, i went on two different occasions to the ace hardware to get some keys made, the first time the key didnt work, so I went back, got a refund and tried again. this time they used a different machine. the key still did not work. so I ended up at Martin locksmith. they measured the original and the ace-hardware-cut one, and determined the key wasnt cut right. they cut me a key and it worked perfectly.

Called several other locksmiths that couldn't replicate a broken key for a storage unit, could have spent upwards of $200 to drill out. These guys replicated the broken key with their closest matching key, works perfectly. Knew exactly what they were doing.

Had batteries changed in the keypad on the front door to our business. The screw to get to the battery compartment is located in a place where a normal person would not know where to find it. I paid almost $250 to replace the batteries that I supplied and it took the technician less than 10 minutes to replace them. Sad, sad, sad .......
