Martin Marietta - Lubbock Ready Mix

Ordered 18 yards of concrete wouldn’t accept checks, only credit cards, which fees would be passed to me or cashiers check. I was told tax exempt forms are not honored the day of sale, however they would be refunded at a later date. The refund didn’t happen, and the response was we don’t do that after the sale. I had to pay sales taxes on tax exempt purchases. Extremely poor customer service! SRM concrete was more than happy to take a check and honor tax exempt forms. Recommend not doing business with Martin Marietta.
