I want to give a huge thank you to Martin Oil Co for coming through when it really mattered. With a winter storm on the way and my heat situation uncertain, their emergency call service was responsive and reassuring from the start. Lori at the emergency call center was calm, helpful, and took the situation seriously right away. Steve, the emergency tech, and Chuck went above and beyond. Despite a heavy backlog of service requests, Chuck personally drove a truck out to get oil to me in record time. He also took the time to help identify that my furnace blower fan was bad, which turned out to be critical. They took over for Ray Oil told me they would not deliver. Because I do not have a whistle on my tank but I do. Called Luther P Miller told them the situation they came out two days later. The driver and I was both listening to the whistle.You lost my business.

I would give zero star if ibcould my oil ran out on the coldest day of the year and when I called they said that they would deliver to me. I called at 9am and they didn't call back until 2pm at witch time they told me bc I was not an existing customer they could not bring me oil even tho i was willing to pay the emergency 175 dollar delivery fee now I have no oil and it's 30 below zero and no one else is answering bc they they waited 5 hours to call me back. If you need hearing oil call someone else

I've been using Martin Oil for 15 years and never had any problems. They are generally here within a few days of when I call for delivery.

Great service. Prices are fair. A lot more friendlier on the phone compared to other oil suppliers. Driver is an easy going guy. I never had oil delivered before and he helped answer my questions.
